Shipping policy

At Aabroo Premium Clothing, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Sale & Launch Periods: During major sales, collection launches, or peak seasons, processing may take 2 to 3 business days due to high order volume.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 6 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders above PKR 5,000 nationwide.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to orders under PKR 5,000.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your Courier Tracking Number and a tracking link to follow your delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts to reach you.

  • Please ensure your provided mobile number, delivery address, and nearest landmarks are accurate at checkout.

  • If a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel is refused at delivery without prior notice, future orders may require advance payment.
